Every window in every beautifully appointed guest room provides you its own unique view of the BEALL MANSION'S 1 acre of grounds & gardens as well as the surrounding mansions of the Alton, IL Middletown Historic District—listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Maximum Occupancy

The IL Bed and Breakfast Act (50 ILCS 820/) and Fire Marshal limit occupancy to a maximum of 2 persons per room. Although not appropriate for infants or most younger children—by law they count as persons.

For your safety, In the event of a fire, this 3rd floor suite is equipped with an emergency chain ladder and a rope ladder for alternate egress.

If you or your companion would not be comfortable using these, please book either a Luxury - King Bed, Whirlpool, Fireplace room or Deluxe - Queen Bed, Whirlpool room. Emergency egress is available from these 2nd floor guest rooms via a back staircase.
