Check-in is 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or as otherwise arranged. Since run all errands between guests, please let us know if your arrival time changes so you don't miss us.

At check-in, Guest(s) agree to sign our standard registration and provide a valid credit card swipe as well as valid government issued photo identification (ID) for copying. Valid ID includes driver’s license, state issued photo ID, passport, or military ID.

Checkout is 11:00 a.m.

The IL Bed and Breakfast Act (50 ILCS 820/) and Fire Marshal limit occupancy to a maximum of 2 persons per room. Although not appropriate for infants or most younger children—by law they count as persons.

NO: SMOKING, TOBACCO, CANNABIS, VAPING, CANDLES, OR INCENSE. Please enjoy our SMOKE-FREE property. UNDER THE SMOKE-FREE ILLINOIS ACT (PUBLIC ACT 095-1029) IT A CRIME TO SMOKE IN—OR WITHIN 15 FEET OF THE PROPERTY. VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO: (a) EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND, (b) $500.00 ROOM RECOVERY FEE CHARGED TO CREDIT/DEBT CARD, (c) POLICE REPORT FILED, (d) CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PENALTIES. Additionally, the Fire Marshall prohibits (a) smoking any substance, (b) candles, and (c) incense.

Other than the breakfast in bed option (if purchased) please enjoy any food or snacks in the Dining Room or Butler's Pantry. Because of the one-of-a-kind antiques and hand sewn Oriental rugs—insurance prohibits red wine, tomato based products, and any other highly staining items.

Because they can leave permanent stains, massage oils are prohibited. GUEST(S) WILL BE CHARGED THE REPLACEMENT COST(S) OF ANY STAINED ITEM(S) INCLUDING LINENS, BEDDING, AND RUGS.

Please enjoy our whirlpool friendly, made-for-you, artisan lavender bath salts—provided at no additional charge. NOTE: Bubble baths and oils will cause major whirlpool damage in a single use.

We reserve the right to assign you to another room of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

Lost keys will be added to your bill in the amount of $25 per exterior and $35 per skeleton key (room key).

$35 fee for all returned checks.

The BEALL MANSION is not responsible for loss of money, jewelry, valuables, or property of any kind.
