NO SHOW - penalty 100 PCT of stay incl. tax.
CANCELLATION - A cancellation number MUST be obtained if you cancel or change dates of reservation. Svcs. or pkgs. provided by a 3rd party are non-refundable. Cancellation after 4:00 p.m. the date of arrival will be considered a no show.
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS and SPECIAL EVENT DATES - Cancellation, change or modification of reservation penalty - 100 PCT of stay incl. tax. NO refunds/credits. Please request list before booking. All other dates as follows.
EVERY DAY RACK RATE - cancel or change dates 13 or more days prior to sched. arv. to receive deposit refund less penalty - 35 USD per room. Cancel or change dates 12 days or less prior to sched. arv. to receive room credit for future Sun.-Thus. night stay excl. holidays, holiday weekends, and blackout dates. Good 1 year. Penalty - 100 PCT of stay incl. tax. A 35 USD change fee. will be charged when rebooked.
PAMPERED GETAWAY, PAMPERED LITE, LESS FRILLS, and SPC. PKGS. - Cancel or change dates 28 days prior to sched. arrival to receive deposit refund less penalty - 35 USD per room. Cancel or change dates 27 days or less prior to sched. arrival to receive room credit for future Sun.-Thus. night stay, excl. holiday weekends and blackout dates. Good 1 year. Penalty - 100 PCT of stay incl. tax. A 35 USD change fee will be charged when rebooked.
CORPORATE and GOVERNMENT RATE Sun.-Thur. nights - cancel or change dates by 12 noon CT 1 day prior to sched. arv. to receive deposit refund less penalty - 35 USD per room. After that - penalty 1 night stay incl. tax. Fri. and Sat. nights - cancel or change dates 28 days prior to sched. arv. to receive deposit refund less penalty - 35 USD per room. Cancel or change dates 27 days or less prior to sched. arv, to receive room credit for future Sun.-Thus. night stay excl. holiday weekends and blackout dates. Good 1 year. WEB RATE NO FRILLS, PROMOTIONAL RATE, RATE OF THE DAY and EXTENDED STAY WEEKLY RATE - cancel, change dates, or modify - penalty 100 PCT of stay incl tax. NO refunds/credits.
TRAVEL INSURNCE - BECAUSE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY, REGARDLESS OF REASON OR CIRCUMSTANCE, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDING TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
