Leisure Travel

If paid for in part or entirety by gift certificate, barter, or as part of a special event agreement, the terms of that instrument shall govern.

A cancellation number MUST be obtained to cancel or change the date(s) of your reservation. Svcs provided by a 3rd party may not be cancellable.

Because the cancellation policy may be more restrictive during holidays, special events, or certain other dates, please inquire before you reserve. Generally our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancel or change dates by 4:00 PM CT 28 days prior to sched. arrival: penalty $35 per room. Cancel or change dates less than 28 days prior: penalty 100% of stay and receive room credit for a future Sun.-Thus. night stay, excl. holiday weekends & blackout dates, good 1 year. A $35 processing fee will apply when rebooked.

Travel Insurance

BECAUSE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY, REGARDLESS OF REASON OR CIRCUMSTANCE, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDING TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
